The Board, Directors and employees practice strict adherence to Nexbis’ corporate governance framework which conforms to Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, 2nd edition released by the Australian Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Council in 2007. The Board continues to review the framework and practices to ensure they meet the interests of shareholders.
